The Global Network Advancement Group (GNA-G) is pleased to welcome new and reappointed members to its Leadership Team—a group of experts drawn from across the international research and education (R&E) networking community.
Representing regional and national R&E networks, global exchange points, and research institutions from around the world, the GNA-G Leadership Team will guide the continued development of a common global infrastructure that supports data-intensive science and collaboration at scale.
This globally representative team is charged with steering the long-term vision and development of the R&E network infrastructure that underpins collaborative scientific research worldwide. In addition to their strategic role, the Leadership Team provides oversight for more than a dozen active GNA-G working groups. These groups tackle key areas such as network automation, routing, security, science workflows, and enhancing the resilience and reach of inter-NREN connectivity.
